Custom Deck, Multilevel with Swim Spa.

Constructed from the ground up, we added lighted staircase with safety railings and midlevel platform, custom seating benches and additional support for spa. Covered lower level porch provides comforting shade on sunny days. Clients now enjoy their morning coffee while reading the newspaper with family and pets on their neck deck, as well as frequent barbecues. In addition to the deck MAD also constructed 2 level matching shed with concrete walkway and fire pit.

Exterior updates, new driveway and front entry deck with stairs.

Replaced stairs leading to front door with deck platform, stairs and front entry. As well as demoed existing driveway, to lay new driveway for smooth entry to garage. Entry and driveway come together to add updated look to split-level home, as well as safety.

During the summer of 2015, I engaged M.A.D. to add a new front deck and driveway pavement of my parent’s house. During the initial walk-thru, Kevin listened diligently to my requirements and returned with multiple options geared towards long term cost savings and project preservation. He focused on educating me as a customer and detailed out the difference between the pitfalls of a concrete driveway vs asphalt and long term maintenance and repair. In addition, Kevin provided options for the deck to accommodate senior citizens who continue to be active but may need modifications in the near-term future. Such innovations, albeit simple, were prudent and included wider steps, non-slip step grips, and an open bottom lending to ease of under-carriage cleaning and proper storage of outside lawn materials. The net result was a project that completed 2 weeks early and 10% under-budget.
